Mama Ritual: 
A morning & evening ritual designed to make the most of our complementary treatments and optimise their effectiveness:  
- In the morning : Apply the Mama Balm using circular massage movements to areas of the body prone to skin stretching (décolleté, breasts, stomach, hips) to awaken the body with a refreshing sensation. 
- In the evening : Apply the Mama Oil as a body treatment to areas prone to skin stretching (breasts, stomach, hips) and enjoy its comforting effect. As an overnight facial treatment, apply to clean skin before bedtime.

Lip Stick: 
Apply as often as needed.
