Shipping
The orders you place on our site are processed as quickly as possible so that packages are shipped within 48 working hours maximum. This period is however likely to be extended up to 5 days in periods of strong commercial activity.
Delivery in France
Colissimo Suivi without signature (Metropolitan France) Your order is delivered within 2-3 days.This service is charged 6 euros and is free from 60 euros. If you prefer delivery with signature, an extra fee is applied. Please contact us to arrange it. No matter the delivery method chosen, you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to follow your parcel.
European Delivery
Your order is shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost and you should receive it within 2-4 days after shipment. This service costs between 10 to 15 euros.
International Delivery
Your order is shipped via international carriers Colissimo International or Fedex and is delivered within 7 to 15 days after shipment. This period is indicative and does not take into account any review by the Customs Service. This service costs between 15 to 50 euros and the delivery time depends on the destination country.
Returns and refunds
If the items ordered do not suit you, you have fourteen (14) days to return them. The return’s costs are your responsibility. In order to start the return process, simply send us an email at the following address contact@minoisparis.fr. To be accepted, the items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by their invoice number with all your personal details and a formal refund or exchange request. Minois Paris will not accept any return for items already opened for health and security reasons.
