THE GRANOLA WITH ROASTED PEAR
Ingrédients :
For roasted pears :
- 1 or 2 pears of your choice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey/maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 half vanilla bean
- 150 g of sheep or coconut yogurt
- Double chocolate granola House Loüno
- Decoration: sesame seeds, cinnamon, chocolate chips, fresh fruit...
- Maple syrup
The recipe :
1. Prepare the pears: cut up the pears, coat them with maple syrup and vanilla and bake them in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
2. Pour the yogurt into a small bowl or soup plate. Add the pears, cover with a drizzle of maple syrup and add granola as desired! Decorate as you like :)
